[Typo3] trouble with extension manual

I just saw that David created a new XML photogallery extension and has 
problems with his documentation. You get this 'Error: You did not have 
access to this extension "3236"' and when you try to fix it there is a 
mismatch between the manual and the table of contents.

Well, we have the same problem with the manual with one of our extensions 
and have not been able to fix it.

Does anybody have an idea on how to fix it? Any help is greatly appreciated.
