[Typo3] Date calculations in typoscript

hey  List,

I currently have something like this:

page.headerData.5 = TEXT
page.headerData.5.value (
   <meta http-equiv="expires" content="{date : D, j M Y H:i:s} GMT">
)
page.headerData.5.insertData = 1

But now I want a add a additional time to the field and not use the 
current date, is that possible?
I need to set the expires field on next week. Can I add a number of 
seconds to it some how?
