[Typo3] TS condition and tt_news

Hi list,

I'm trying to use a different pid storage for tt_news dependinf on where 
i am in the treelevel.
I've tried this but TS seems not like it a lot...
rsp.newspdt < plugin.tt_news
rsp.newspdt {
    code >
    code = LATEST
    pid_list >
    pid_list = 29
    [PIDinRootline = 1]
    pid_list = 29
    [PIDinRootline = 6]
    pid_list = 30
    [global]
}

Where i am wrong please ?
