[Typo3] bug in explorer or in the tt_products?

Hello, in some my client's PC there a strange thing:
When He go at the shoes catalog: http://www.nuovaolp.com/index.php?id=15
It doesn't show images and after all images in all the catalog aren't 
showed.
But if He doesn't visit the shoes catalog all seems to go fine.
Did someone ever noticed this strange behavior?
