[Typo3] class.tslib_pibase.php - removing <div>-tags around pagebrowser

thought so, too.
But when the pagebrowser is not displayed (e.g. when only few newsitems 
are actual), the validator says

This Page Is Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional!

Same page with pagebrowser... not valid.
