[Typo3] Problem with FE registrations

I got the exactly problem and not yet fixed, so I've no suggestion,
sorry but maybe someone now can help two of us :-)

All seems so clear and easy with the documentation but it doesn't work.
It registers the user into the login page, the confirmation mail has
doesn't work and the button for cancel the tentative to delete the
account is broken.
