[Typo3] HTMLMAIL encoding problem

Hi,

if I have a mailform content element and send it with some special 
(czech) characters I get this:

JMENO:  ěščřžýáýžřč
EMAIL:  ščřžýáýžřčšě
ZPRAVA:  ščřžřčžčžřčžřč

The page is encoded in UTF-8 but in the source of the mail says ISO-8852-1.

Did anyone solve this?
