[Typo3] tt_poll documentation

Hi list,

just asking a question to see if you people find it usefull. The
documentation for tt_poll is not that detailed and a lot of people
seem to have problems implementing it properly. The documentation
hasn't been updated in ages and the maillinglist archive has a lot of
topics regarding this one plugin.

I'm thinking of making a 'proper' documentation that will have the
answers to many questions (like, for example, how to make the plugin
function without having a different result and voteform page which i
find is essential documentation). Would you people find it to be
usefull if it would be rewritten ?
