[Typo3] page titles, navigation and seo

Even without any extension it is standard Typo3 behaviour to offer
a "navigation title" in the page header. You see it, when the page
is set to type "extended" (and even if you afterwards set it back to
"standard", the navigation title isn't lost, just not shown in the
form). This navigation title then is used in all generated menus,
while the title still is used in the <head><title> section, thus
shown in the browsers title bar, Google search results and bookmarks.
