You can go the save way as me with vBulletin integration to TYPO3

1) integrate user database with auth service
http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/search/vbulletin_auth/

2) generate top/right/bottom for vBulletin by TYPO3 and save as files

3) open vBulletin BackEnd in frame of TYPo3 BackEnd
