[Typo3] TV problem

When you are on this screen, uncheck the box that says "Select HTML
header parts." That's where you do the mapping. Your second screen looks
right -- you're not creating another data structure, just mapping to an
existing one.

When you uncheck that box, you will see the elements to map.
