[Typo3] high-server-load average (>70) & no more mysql & typo3

First you should check which process causes the high load. You can do it 
with teh tool "top" if its a linux-server. This way you can find out if 
its the Webserver or any other Server.

The tool does also display informations about the memory and the 
Swapspace in the top.
