[Typo3] default form wrap?

ok... i'm getting deeper and deeper into documentation.
i understood it may not be a wrap for form, but a wrap to the login... 
or to the coa object.
it seems like a cleargif is placed somewhere in content(default) but i 
cant find it.

am i looking in the wrong place?
