[Typo3] RTE (htmlarea) Recommended Setup

Would somebody like to share their htmlarea or RTE constant and setup 
template that they deem as the best to demonstrate CSS inclusions, 
table formatting, and form allowances?

I'd like to get an idea of folks have been solving these various issues 
while I battle my own Typo3 demons to resolve them.
