[Typo3] Half solved :o|

Half of the solution:
"User->Setup->Max. Title Length" can be changed which also affect the MM 
Box.
Remaining Problem:
The popup "Element Browser" for the MM selector box still cuts the text. 
Any Idea where I can fix that?
