[Typo3] Login has no access to SysFolder

you didn't tell the exact solution for this:

In the template where the SysFolder has been created, you need to set
styles.content.loginform.pid = 108
where you have to replace the id-no. (108) with the pid of your SysFolder for the users and user groups.
