The bugs you mentioned are NOT in Typo3.
If you want to help you should offer your support to MySql or 
ImageMagick etc.
If you want to support Typo3 post your found Typo3 bugs at 
bugs.typo3.org and provide a patch.

Further all information on your mentioned bugs could be found in the 
news-groups either the german or the english one.

But if you just wanna talk 'skype' ;-)
