[Typo3] Moved to another Server

Hi,

I have just moved my typo3 db and websites to another server but when I try 
to launch a site I recieve this message
Error: The main frontend extension "cms" was not loaded. Enable it in the 
extension manager in the backend.

Please can anyone tell me whatI need to do.
