I've added this to my setup before my page definition :

#bullet lists
tt_content.bullets.20.default.split.1.wrap  = <tr><td valign="top"><img 
src="fileadmin/template/images/bullet.gif" vspace="4" hspace="4" alt="" 
/></td><td valign="top"> | </td></tr>
tt_content.bullets.20.2.split.1.wrap  = <tr><td valign="top"><img 
src="fileadmin/template/images/bullet.gif" vspace="4" hspace="4" alt="" 
/></td><td valign="top"> | </td></tr>
tt_content.bullets.20.3.split.1.wrap  = <tr><td valign="top"><img 
src="fileadmin/template/images/bullet.gif" vspace="4" hspace="4" alt="" 
/></td><td valign="top"> | </td></tr>

but it doesn't change anything ... i've surely misunderstood something, 
but what ?
