[Typo3] Problems installing TestSite 3.0.7

I am trying to install Typo3 for the first time on my RH9 Linux Box.
I have installed the source files to a common directory. The test files to
the root of my virtual server.

I have opened the Install wizard and set up the MySql User and Password,
opened a connection to the database and all was well until I got to the
Import Database using the Database.sql script. On Clicking 'Write to
Database' I get a 'Fatal Error : Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes
exhausted (tried to allocate 46080 bytes) ... message.

On checking the MySql Database no tables are created before the error occurs.

I ran the Database.sql script using the Webmin MySql plugin and the tables
were built OK.

On trying to open the site in my browser I now get the following Error.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to
allocate 46080 bytes) in
/local/websites/CMS/typo3_src-3.7.0/typo3/ext/tt_products/pi/class.tx_ttproducts.php
on line 316

Has anyone else experienced such a problem if so what was the solution?

I am running:

Apache 2.0.40-21.1

MySQL 4.0.20-0

php 4.2.2-17.2
