[Typo3] Removing faulty extension completely from TYPO3

I'm trying to install static_info_tables/. When I do get this extension
downloaded and click to install it then I do get an error.
SQL engine parse ERROR: Field type unknown!: near "bigint(20) unsigned
DEFAULT '0' NOT NULL "

Obviously there are errors in the database or installation. I can't
uninstall it since it is not installed. When I manually remove
typo3conf/ext/static_info_tables/ and then download this extension again
I do go straight to: SQL engine parse ERROR: Field type unknown!: near
"bigint(20) unsigned DEFAULT '0' NOT NULL ". Even after I deleted
database tables for static_countries, static_country_zones,
static_currencies, static_languages and tx_staticinfotables_hotlist I do
get the same SQL parse error. How do I clean up so I could have static
tables for my TYPO3 3.7.0 with MySQL 4.1. Everything else seems to work
fine, but these static info tables just give me a headache. I had
manually to strip DEFAULT '0' in ext_tables.sql and
ext_tables_static+adt.sql in order to create tables in MySQL4.1. Maybe
that's where the problem lays?

Regards, Gediminas
