[Typo3] Simulate Static

Unfortunately i tried that ass well and no success. I still get the urls 
in this form "Gruendertraining.54.0.html" on the adress bar but my 
content does not change. I really have no idea what the problem is. Is it 
posible that i have made my setings someware else by mistake and now 
canot override?
