[Typo3] realurl - rewriting - apache admins

What does not work? Are there any wrong options in the example .htaccess?
To be honest, I never used the RealUrl extension, so I just copied some
stuff from Martins documentation. Never got any feedback so I expected it's
working.

If you have any suggestions/corrections for that file, please contact me.
