[Typo3] H1 displayed as <H1> in FE (with rtehtmlarea)

Hi,
this is a crosspost, but I will anounce here if the problem got solved. I
just do this because I'm pretty desperate for answers.

I'm trying to use rtehmlarea under Typo3 3.6.0
Everything works fine, except Headers. Headers get stored "in the
clear"(<H1> as <H1>, not <Typohead type=1>) in tt_content, which is fine by
me. But on output they get converted to &lt;Hx&gt;

Any idea how to prevent this?
(And no, I don't want to use <TYPOHEAD> again, because I can't style the
output via css.)
