[TYPO3] Tables from database, but not in $TCA

Hi list,
When I use the Database Analyzer in the Install Tool and use the 
'Compare with $TCA' option, I get a LOT of errors in the section 'Tables 
from database, but not in $TCA'.
How can I solve this problem?
