[TYPO3] Disable typo3conf/ cache

Hi,

I would like to disable the typo3conf/ cache (while developing a site). 
I'm tired of having to push 'Clear cache in typo3conf/' when updating my 
included typoscript, for changes to take effect.

I have the TYPO3 book, but can not find the info in the book. Only 
disabling of the frontend cache is described.
