[TYPO3] CSS styles only working with tt_content?!

Most plugins, which create fronend rendering use in setup.txt
those kind of settings for default CSS. You can disable them in some
TS Template in 'Setup' field using the syntax above.
plugin.plugin_name.CSS_DEFAULT_STYLE >

see setup.txt of each plugin to see the correct name
