[TYPO3] menu entries to page anchors

You can use the content type 'External URL' when you create a new page (or
existing page via 'Edit page header') to set a link in your menu to point to
a specific anchor :
so your url would be
www.yourwebsite.nl/index.php?id=5#rijbewijs
