[Typo3] Typo3 3.8.1 release notes mistake?

Hey all,

I followed the instructions in the release notes for T3 3.8.1 which say:

config.baseURL = my.domain.tld

However, it didn't work until I did this:

config.baseURL = http://my.domain.tld/

Maybe that should be reflected in the documentation? I might have been the  
only one with this problem, too. Just thought I'd point it out.
