[Typo3] delete content in frontend(FF<->IE)

Hello,
i'm using system extension admin panel to to frontend edition with usual
buttons(delete,new,edit).
All buttons are running except the delete button(the bin).
What is strange is that under firefox browser it works well but with IE i
get  the following message:
*1: Referer host "" and server host "10.100.10.251" did not match and
veriCode was not valid either!*

10.100.10.251 is my server ip host.
i'm running typo3.8,server type redhat 9.

someone has a suggetion?
PS:I saw in my searches un stuff on  tce_db.php file(the message is seen in
this file)
