[Typo3] Templavoila FCE ->how to check if value is empty?

Hi!

How can i check if the value is emty or not, and setting maybe an 
default value?


i've tried this one and some likewise without pos. results :(

temp.check.current = 1
temp.if{
value = temp.check.value

so, normaly i want an default output if nothing is in...
any one some ideas?
