[Typo3] htmlarea and rtekeep

Hey All,

sometimes, along te way rtekeep=1 is added to my links created in htmlarea.
This will render links usedless because they are added link this (seen 
from view source in htmlarea):
<a href="http://<domainname>?id=102039" target="_self" rtekeep=1>

and THAT is what I also see on the FE.
I have seen some german people heaving the same prob. What could cauze this?
