[Typo3] CSS stylesheet hazardous LOST

Hiiiii all! This problem drive me crazy...

I don't know why but sometimes (not all times) external css stylesheet of my
website is lost. This means that presentation in totally wrong.
When I make a full reload ctrl+F5 everything seems to look fine (seen from
internal network) but when I watch it via external network, it seems that
style sheet is still lost.
I checked every relative path. but everything seems again fine.

Does anyone ever face the same problem??
