[Typo3] Problems with showpic.php

Hello Andreas,
In my installation showpic.php is not a link but a real file. If your  
file is empty I suggest you download Typo3 again extract it in a temp  
directory and copy the showpic.php file out of the temp directory and  
into the location of your current 0 byte file.
