[Typo3] links not correct in a flexible content

Hi list,

we created some flex templates for the editors.
does anybody know, why a link is like this

http://www.domain.com/?24

instead of

http://www.domain.com/?index.php?id=24&L=1

so every information is clipped.

P.S. config.linkVars = print,L   is set, so this shouldn't be the problem.
