[Typo3] Is "RUBY" going to get ahead of "PHP"

That's better indeed... :)
php is indeed not the successor of perl, only quite a number of people 
have move from perl to php.
However, I think we can say the typo3 is also a framework....

In anycase, I think that the guys from RoR are doing a good job...
