[Typo3] Htmlarea icons on links

Hi

Never versions of the htmlarea editor put an icon on links as default, and I am having big problems with them, is there a way to disable this, or at least to set it up so it is not on as default ?
I have read the manual, but can't find anything, and google don't seem to have anything on it either, am I the only one that think they are annoying.
