[Typo3] Is "RUBY" going to get ahead of "PHP"

Is there a new programming language comming up, or why is "RUBY" being 
mentioned on well known blogs. Will the programming language "PHP" be 
out of date, since "RUBY" is gaining so much momentum?

What is this all about? Let me know what you guys think.
