[Typo3] Can I make a file mount point readonly?

Hi,

I wanted to build a shared Filemount to a beuser group.
And only admin allowed to change anything within this tree.

I think I can use chmod in filesystem. and give ftp to admin.
But, it is easily apply wrong umask when create new file/folder; wrong
chmod after edit.

Any suggestion to me, please?
