[Typo3] tt_news Installation not allowed in path typo3/ext/

Hello Gilles,
nothing is wrong, all is right:) Go to install tool, and search for 
allowGlobalInstall and set it to true.
This means, the Extension can be installed in the typo3/ext dir. When 
you use "import in local" on extension installation, the extension will 
be installed in typo3conf/ext dir.
