[Typo3] Grouping content elements with a single border?

Hello,

is it possible to group one ore more different content elements with a 
border? Lets say I want to have a text element and a bullet list 
element, both surrounded with a blue border.
Example is here: http://www.mucnoobs.de

The problem is that it is a content element inside another content 
element, isn't it?

I tried it width different kinds of wraps, but it always the same 
problem: everything is always done for one single content element.



Is this possible?
