[Typo3] outlook 2003 displays direct mail as raw html

Outlook requires that the message use MIME formatting and specify 
Content-Type: text/html for the html portion of the email... could also 
be a problem with the Exchange server, if they're using that.

Seriously, troubleshooting Microsoft products is like trying to drown a 
fish... you could be there for a while...
