[Typo3] external css + default RTE

Presumably it needs to change some core files to do that.
Htmlarea has a css-file in the folder /htmlarea/DynamicCSS/

If you put for example

@import url(../../../fileadmin/template/css/styles_for_the_site.css);

You can use external stylesheet to style the content,
when RTE can show the content like in www-pages.
