[Typo3] HTML content elements and teh Header

HTML content is *pure* HTML - it doesn't have header at the same way as 
the content type 'text'. The name is useful in file listing using the 
'List' module. It works as header in listing in the backend but it 
doesn't have any rendering in frontend (except in possible frontend adit 
panels).

you must write <h?> for headers, if you want header in the frontend-

This is not a bug and you have not missing anything. Because the name 
works as header only in backend, it is a little bit confusing.
