[Typo3] Not render something if a menu is empty.

Hi Ries				

Have you found a solution; I can´t make it work. I have this menu and wants it to render only if it is not empty:

temp.submenu = COA
temp.submenu.10 = TEXT
temp.submenu.10.value = <h3>Read more</h3> 
temp.submenu.30 = HMENU
temp.submenu.30.entryLevel = 1
temp.submenu.30.1 = TMENU
temp.submenu.30.1 {
  NO.allWrap = <div>| </div>
  ACT < NO
}
