[Typo3] Explicitly allow/deny field values

Hi all,

I'm using Typo3 3.8.0, but even when denying certain pagecontent types, 
they're still shown in the content wizard.

It's interesting to note, though, that upon choosing a disabled element, 
e.g. table in my case, the content wizard does not open the table 
content element, but jumps directly to the text element and there I only 
have the allowed fields in my drop down. That's not bad, but could be 
improved, couldn't it?

There was an extension (wmdb_contentwizard) which disabled the denied 
fields in the content wizard, but I heard that as from Typo3 3.8.0 this 
feature should have been intregrated into the core.

Is that correct or do I still have to use the wmdb_contentwizard extension?
