[Typo3] Is this possible with typo 3?

Studied 2 weeks of type and have the following question. Is the
following possible with typo3 / mysql?
 
Just yes/no is enough , maybe the name of the stable extension for
this:-)
- a multilanguage site for 12 languages
- 11 type of groups with different combinations. Each group is part of
another group in a hierachial structure
- blob db files of 80 mb each on the fly generated to 200k jpg file
- generate secure pdf files
- show DB listing easily (Just a plain sql statement) with paging,
details etcc
- Newsletters, rss, for severval groups
- workflow
- automatic translation for as fas as possible
- batch processing
- a forum, thread for back office users related to content in the db
- maintaining messages in the db with are use for standard emails
- doing transactions bases on XML input, XML output
