[Typo3] spamProtectEmailAddresses=-3 and underscores in email-addresses

"If set, then all email addresses in typolinks will be encrypted so spam 
bots cannot detect them. Encryption is a simply offset of character 
values. If you set this value to "3" then all characters will have their 
ASCII value offset by "3". The reason for supplying this is... well just 
a way you can choose another offset than everyone else... Hmm. Does it 
make sense (From TSREF)"

Its a classic krypto-algo. Julius Caesar used it already. :)
