[Typo3] Users not able to see Filemount

Hello,

I'm running typo 3.8.0 on a redhat 4.0 AS server.

I've got a filemount setup with the label of User Uploads, and a
relative path of ../fileadmin/user_upload. For the users, I have the
filemount of User Uploads selected. Both for the individual user, and
their group. But, when I log in as that user and click on File -
Filelist, there's nothing there. If I go to User Admin and compare
users, group by Filemounts, the only user that has a filemount listed is
my admin user.

Am I missing a permission somewhere?
