Hi Stefan. There's an extension called "Content Element Wizard Patch"
(wmdb_contentwizard) which is supposed to do that, but I haven't been able
to get it working under TYPO3.8 + TV 0.40 (All wizard items show up as
usual, even if I have disabled almost all) But maybe you have more luck?
